Sierra was a Premarin rescue, not the type of horse usually used for endurance racing. Sierra's human, Peggy Hoyt of Chuluota, FL, decided to start racing with Sierra just for fun. To her surprise, they did very well, and Sierra and her bare hooves passed all vet checks with flying colors.
