Please do not waste my time or yours by asking me to come out if you have no intention of providing your horse with at least the minimal lifestyle requirements.

While I am willing to make allowances for special situations, and I do believe there are exceptions to every rule, the "no closed stalls" lifestyle requirement is not negotiable.  Stalls with turnout paddocks for part of the day, while not ideal, are acceptable.
